The 2026 REALTOR® dues renewal period is here! Your REALTOR® membership comes with a range of important benefits that help you keep your business running smoothly and efficiently – whether you are an agent or a broker. Your membership gets you access to these benefits through the three level agreement, with unique benefits at the local, state, and national levels.

We know that you have questions about your dues! Here are some FAQs to help you navigate the dues renewal process this year:
Dues invoices will be live on members’ accounts on November 10, 2025.
The membership renewal deadline is 4:30 p.m. CST on January 15, 2026. Payments received after the deadline will result in a late fee.
Once you have signed into your MTAR portal and have selected your bill, you will be given the option to edit your RPAC investment or opt out of the investment. Click “edit” and simply change the amount or check the box to opt out of the investment and then select “update order.” Your adjustment will then be reflected on the bill.
No, membership dues did not go up, while MTAR continues to expand the value, resources, and opportunities available to you.
Membership dues for all three REALTOR® associations for 2026 (local, state, and national) are $606 for sales agents (including a voluntary $35 donation to RPAC) and $671 for brokers (including a voluntary $100 donation to RPAC).
● MTAR dues: $250
● Tennessee REALTORS® dues: $120 (includes $15 issues mobilization)
● NAR dues: $201 (includes consumer media campaign assessment)

Log in to the Member Portal. Your balance will be reflected on the top right. You can selectthe button to review and pay your balance information.
Dues payments may be made in-person at MTAR (311 Butler Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37127) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Your login ID is your Member Number (NRDS#). If you have never signed in, your password is your Member Number (NRDS#) as well. If you do not have your password, visit the Member Portal page and click on “Get Started” under “Forgot your password?” You will be prompted to enter your contact info. An email will then be sent to you with your password.
If you do not have your member number, please call MTAR for assistance.
Membership dues renewal notices will be sent via email beginning in November.
Dues invoices are also posted to your account in November and can be viewed at your convenience 24/7 by logging into the Member Portal. To ensure you receive your dues invoice and other important information from MTAR, please be sure that you have a valid email address on file in the MTAR database.
Please note that not receiving a renewal notice does not relieve a member from their obligation to submit their payment by the renewal deadline of 4:30 p.m. CST on January 15, 2026.
Online dues payments for your convenience can be made anytime.
You should receive a membership dues notice via email in November, as long as you have a valid email address in the MTAR database. If you have not received a membership dues notice, this could mean your email address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database.
