2026 Leadership Applications are open!

Serving in a leadership role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our profession, advocate for the needs of our members, and help guide the strategic direction of MTAR. We are seeking passionate, engaged REALTORS® who are committed to advancing our association and strengthening the communities we serve.

If you’re ready to contribute your ideas, leadership, and experience, we encourage you to submit your application. The Nominating Committee will review all applications as they consider candidates for the upcoming leadership year.

Deadline to submit Applications is August 11th

All candidates must complete and sign the Application for via website form, mail or e-mail no later than 4:30 PM CST, August 11, 2026. All information will be kept confidential and reviewed only by the Nominating Committee and Staff Liaison. Please be sure you meet the following minimum qualifications prior to completing an application. *Please Note: MTAR is accepting applications for First Vice President, Treasurer, and two (2) open Director positions.*

Treasurer/ Director: minimum of two years as a member of the Middle TN Association of REALTORS and have served on at least two MTAR committees (one of which must have been within the preceding 4 years).

The Treasurer position is a one year term. Board of Directors serve three year terms unless they are filling a vacancy.

First Vice President: Must have served as a Board of Director
