Sentrilock Renewals

The SentriLock Renewal period is here. If you wish to renew your SentriLock service, payment is due to MTAR (not SentriLock) before August 31, 2025. 

Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Payment is for the renewal period September 1, 2024 thru August 31, 2025. All current paid service expires 08/31/2025.

  2. The amount to renew the service is $120.00 plus tax for a total of $131.70. The amount of the service has not changed since 2006.

  3. Payment is due August 31st, 2025 with a 7 day grace period ending 09/07/25. Deactivation of unpaid service begins Monday 09/08/25.

  4. Failure to pay for renewal will deactivate the SentriKey APP and your account.

  5. Payment is due to MTAR, not SentriLock.

  6. If you wish to VOLUNTARILY DISCONTINUE the Service, you MUST notify MTAR. Otherwise, you may  be charged a reconnection fee should you renew at a later date.

Accepted payment methods:

  1. Online through your secure MTAR portal.

  2. Return a PDF of Credit Card Authorization Form. (You must request the form from MTAR)

  3. Mail a check with the invoice to the MTAR office (please, do not mail a form with credit card information).

  4. Come into the office to make payment.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT TRY TO PAY YOUR SENTRILOCK FEES THROUGH NAR’S E-MALL. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA EMAIL. DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE TO PAY. WE WILL NOT TAKE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE.
